THE RIGHTEOUS SHALL LIVE BY FAITH, not miracles
Righteousness of Faith
This got me thinking a lot; the righteous shall live by faith, not miracles. The more I thought about this, the more the Holy Spirit stirred me up by the same words, the righteous shall live by faith, not miracles.
At a time when all you think you need is a miracle; you’ve seen miracles before, pretty much in a way that was never anticipated. Yet at this point in time, you still want it the same way as before. Everything doesn’t seem to work out, even the very same miracles which you had received doesn’t seem to work out, you need more.
I hear this all the time, ‘I want a double portion anointing; Lord if your presence doesn’t go with me, I don’t want to go.’ Yet you still find the same faces going and doing the very same things that they did before, or all that may seem ok to them. Then thereafter you hear their cry for a miracle after they’ve fallen into a ditch or a trap.
The good news tells how God accepts everyone who has faith, but only those who have faith, It is just as the Scriptures say, “The people God accepts because of their faith will live.”
I am proud of the good news! It is God’s powerful way of saving all people who have faith, whether they are Jews or Gentiles.
The Greatest Miracle
The greatest miracle happens whenever someone surrenders their life to following after the Lord. This is the only miracles that is accompanied by a standing ovation from heaven; all the angels rejoice before the Lord when this happens.
Just so, I tell you, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
I can just but imagine the smile on Daddy’s face as He says, “THAT ONE IS MINE. SOMEONE IS COMING HOME.” Not even when a blind person sees, the dead are raised to life or when a lame man walks is greeted with such awe. Having someone see their need for the savior, rather than their needs met here on earth is the greatest of all miracles, and having them also remaining steadfast in their salvation is also a greater miracle and pleasing to the Lord Himself. This, therefore, is to mean that all the signs and wonders are just but the least of what is meant to be the greatest miracle of your life; YOU SURRENDERING TO JESUS AND REMAINING STEADFAST IN HIM.
